什么？骑单车机器人还有个啦啦队的妹妹？

<p>如果你经常混迹于各大电子圈展会、研讨会和机器人论坛，一定见过一个自行车骑得贼溜的机器人，没错，他的名字叫村田顽童。自从1991年村田的第一代机器人“村田顽童®”诞生以来，村田又先后于2005年研发出了第二代机器人村田顽童®，2008年研发出了第三代机器人村田婉童®。</p>

<p>这些机器人各个有绝活儿，但老乡你可能不知道，他还有个妹妹！</p>

<p>2017年12月21日，在ELEXCON2017深圳国际电子展上，村田制作所展台的舞台表演区，机器人“村田啦啦队”带来了精彩的表演，吸引了大批观众和媒体驻足观看。</p>

<p><em>ELEXCON2017深圳国际电子展村田展区</em></p>

<p>村田啦啦队于 2014年9月25日在日本正式亮相，由多个身高36CM，体重1.5KG，身穿红色啦啦队服、会跳舞的啦啦队员组成。区别于骑自行车机器人村田顽童®和骑独轮车机器人村田婉童®，村田啦啦队不再使用车轮协助移动，而是站在圆球上，并且能在圆球移动时保持平衡。啦啦队跳舞时“看似要倒却不会倒”、“看似要撞却不会撞”，还能整齐划一的摆出多种列队造型，这些主要归功于最新的反向钟摆控制技术、超声波位置测量技术及群控技术。</p>

<p>运用反向钟摆控制技术，村田啦啦队便可以做到“看似要倒却不会倒”。在每个啦啦队队员的内部都配有3个陀螺仪传感器，它们可以敏锐的捕捉到相应队员身体的倾斜方向，及时提醒队员们朝正确的方向移动。陀螺仪传感器保持平衡的这项技术最早是在研发村田顽童®时开发并得到应用的。在生活中，陀螺仪传感器的应用也并不陌生。该技术已被广泛应用于手机、数码相机的防手抖功能，同时也可以应用于汽车导航系统、防滑装置等领域，今后在汽车电子领域将是不可或缺的技术。</p>

<p>超声波位置测量技术可以使村田啦啦队做到“看似要撞却不会撞”。每个啦啦队队员都配有5个超声波麦克、4个红外线传感器及通信模块。通过接收舞台外侧两台发信机发出的超声波和红外线，实时、准确地把握所在的位置，同时通过通信模块把测算好的定位信息实时传输给控制系统，这样便可以使每一个啦啦队队员都按照控制系统发出的指令行动。此技术在生活中可应用在GPS信号无法覆盖的商业大楼内，以此来确定建筑内物体的位置，日后还可能应用在医疗健康等方面。</p>

<p>群控技术可以使村田啦啦队整齐划一的摆出多种列队造型。该项技术是村田与京都大学的研究员们共同研发而成，可以使啦啦队队员之间整齐、高效、美观的完成各个动作指令。未来群控技术可以在高层建筑物电梯的运行、交通管制系统中等领域得到应用。同时，该项技术的突破使得未来统一指挥救灾机器人在极端环境下更有效率的进行救援成为可能。</p>

<p><strong>LPWAN这么火，无线模块专家村田一定发达了</strong></p>

<p>村田展区另一处吸引小编的地方是无线模块体验区。2017年物联网（IoT）市场可谓全面爆发，共享单车、智能音响、智能楼宇、智能家居等等概念一个一个地把物联网从概念逐渐落地成为现实。在技术的爆发期，村田也紧随着市场的浪潮，在LPWAN（低功耗广域网）领域里抢得了先机。</p>

<p>本次村田带来了LPWA模块、ZigBee模块、Wi-Fi/Wi-Fi+Bluetooth®模块、BLE mesh模块等产品。其实在LPWAN技术爆发之前，村田就已经在无线通信模块市场深耕多年，拥有近60%的市场份额。都说目前这个市场最牛的不是原厂，也不是终端厂，而是模组厂，可想而知村田在这一波物联网浪潮中优势有多明显了。</p>

<p><em>村田基于Zigbee的智能楼宇系统全方案。据现场工程师介绍，目前已经有采用他们Zigbee方案测试的智能楼宇，而智能家居方面BLE Mesh大有迎头赶上并超越Zigbee的趋势。</em></p>

<p>村田Wi-Fi模块，蓝牙模块，ZigBee模块等产品被广泛地应用于智能手机、汽车、智能家居等领域。此外，村田还建立了本地化的技术团队，在软硬件各方面快速响应支持本土客户，从而更快地帮助客户将产品推向市场。</p>

<p>目前，村田LoRa®模块的出货领域主要分布在工业控制、智能农业、智能抄表等领域。此外，村田对NB-IoT市场的高速增长也十分重视，目前正在与业界领先的终端客户以及运营商做联合测试。</p>
