<p>ROHM(总部位于日本京都市)开发出一款充电控制 IC“<a data-linktype="2" href="https://www.rohm.com.cn/products/power-management/battery-management/ba…; tab="outerlink" target="_blank" textvalue="BD71631QWZ" wah-hotarea="click">BD71631QWZ</a>”,该产品支持搭载二次电池的无线耳机等可穿戴设备以及智能显示器等小而薄的物联网设备的低电压充电。</p>

<p>新产品通过提高IC内部的电路稳定性,实现了从2.0V到4.7V的宽充电电压范围,不仅支持锂离子电池等传统二次电池的充电,还支持需要低电压充电的新型二次电池*1(如近年来开发的全固态和半固态电池)的充电。普通充电控制IC的充电电压是固定的,但新产品只需改变外部电阻即可轻松设置充电电压,这也有助于减少更换电池等工作所需的设计工时。此外,采用ROHM自有的封装技术,实现了厚度仅为0.4mm的薄型封装(比普通产品薄60%),有助于应用设备的进一步小型化和薄型化。不仅如此,由于可以设置CCCV*2充电的各项充电特性(充电电流、终止电流等),因此能够为搭载新型二次电池的可穿戴设备和小而薄的物联网设备提供理想的充电环境。</p>
