日前，Vishay Intertechnology, Inc.（NYSE 股市代号：VSH）宣布，NTCS0603E3.....T和NTCS0805E3.....T系列汽车级玻璃封装保护热敏电阻扩充0603和0805外形尺寸，+25 °C（R25）下新阻值器件。器件符合AEC-Q200标准， R25阻值包括 1 kΩ和1.5 kΩ低阻值及新增5 kΩ阻值，适用于电动汽车（EV）和混合动力汽车（HEV）的IGBT和功率MOSFET模块保护。
增强型热敏电阻采用玻璃封装，实现全面保护，R25阻值和β值（B25/85）公差低至±1 %，可在-40℃ ~ +150 ℃温度范围内进行精确温度检测、保护和补偿。NTCS0603E3.....T和NTCS0805E3.....T系列器件尺寸小于MELF电阻，易于组装，具有极高抗弯强度，适用于车载升/降压转换器、LED模块、电池组、电动汽车充电桩、风电和太阳能电池板逆变器以及办公设备。
NTC热敏电阻采用SMD结构，镍锡端子，适合波峰焊和回流焊。器件符合RoHS标准，无卤素，采用卷盘穿孔纸带包装，每盘4,000支。
