东芝推出新款数字隔离器

东芝电子元件及存储装置株式会社(“东芝”)宣布推出新款高速四通道数字隔离器“DCL54xx01”系列,该系列具有100kV/μs(最小值)的高共模瞬态抑制(CMTI)和150Mbps的高速数据速率。该系列六款产品于今日开始支持批量出货。

想要确保工厂自动化设备的安全性和可靠性,需要隔离器件来确保绝缘并防止噪声传播。东芝提供了数字隔离器解决方案,以满足工业应用在更高速度、多通道信号通信以及高CMTI方面的要求。

新产品采用东芝专有的磁耦合式绝缘传输方法,可提供100kV/μs(最小值)的高CMTI[1]。这不仅实现了隔离信号通信中输入/输出间电气噪声的高容限,而且也有助于稳定的控制信号传输和设备运行。该数字隔离器具有0.8ns(典型值)的低脉宽失真[2]和150Mbps(最大值)的高速数据速率,适用于多通道高速通信应用,如用于SPI通信的I/O接口。

50年来,东芝一直为其客户提供光耦——一种通过光耦合来确保绝缘性能的隔离器件。展望未来,除了光耦之外,东芝还将扩大自身的高速四通道数字隔离器产品线,增加通道和封装的数量,并提供高质量的绝缘器件,从而为工业设备控制所需的可靠、实时数据传输提供支持。
