<p>SGM61012/SGM61022是一颗低压同步降压型DC-DC转换器芯片,采用了圣邦微电子全新研发的AHP-COT(Adaptive Hysteresis and Pseudo-Constant On-Time Control)架构(专利审查中),具有超快的负载或线电压瞬态响应特点。</p>
<p>为了适应电池供电及功耗敏感型系统的应用,SGM61012/SGM61022可选取深睡模式从而有效降低系统待机功耗。将MODE逻辑置为“高”,芯片在极轻载或空载时自动进入深睡模式(Deep Sleep Mode),典型静态工作电流为9μA。置MODE为逻辑低,进入节能模式(Power-Save Mode),典型静态工作电流为25μA。即使在深睡模式中,SGM61012/SGM61022依然拥有超快瞬态响应的优秀表现。</p>
<p>SGM61012/SGM61022支持2.3V至5.5V电压输入和0.5V至4V电压输出,最大持续输出电流分别可以达到1.2A和2A,输出电压精度全温度下低于±2.7%。芯片内置了实时过温保护功能和逐周期最大电流检测功能,可在短路和过载情况下起到安全有效的保护。</p>
