东芝电子元件及存储装置株式会社（“东芝”）今日宣布，推出采用S-VSON4T封装的光继电器——“TLP3476S”，其导通时间与东芝当前产品TLP3475S相比缩短了一半。该产品于今日开始支持批量出货。

与东芝当前的产品TLP3475S相比，TLP3476S运行速度更快、结构更紧凑。该产品通过提高红外LED的光输出并优化光电探测器件（光电二极管阵列）的设计，可实现高效的光耦合，也提高了运行速度，将导通时间最大值缩短至0.25ms，时间为TLP3475S的一半。此外，由于采用了尺寸更小、外形更纤薄的S-VSON4T封装（最大厚度为1.4mm），TLP3476S的厚度比当前产品减小了20%。这有助于减少需要多个电路板的设备的尺寸。
TLP3476S适用于继电器数量多，并需要更短开关时间的半导体测试设备电路。
